Applied AI
Axiom predicts whether a drug candidate will injure the human liver by pairing lab data from human liver cells with documented clinical outcomes. Its product, Translate, runs a customer's molecules through Axiom's own assays on primary human hepatocytes, measures how much of each drug reaches the liver and what it breaks down into, and uses an AI agent to turn those results into a predicted toxic dose and the biological mechanisms behind the risk. The company addresses the gap between the animal studies drug developers have long relied on for safety testing and how drugs actually behave in people.
